These terms apply to your use of this website and to any quotation, order or service engagement with EcoHarbor Solar Private Limited.

Information on this website — including prices, subsidy amounts, generation estimates and scheme details — is provided for general guidance and is subject to change. Subsidy amounts, tariff structures and scheme rules are determined by the Government of India, the Government of Maharashtra and your DISCOM, and may change without notice. Final figures applicable to your project are those stated in your written quotation.

Quotations and pricing

• Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, as module and inverter prices move with market conditions.
• Prices are exclusive of DISCOM charges such as net-metering fees, load-enhancement charges and any statutory levies not mentioned in the quotation.
• Changes requested after order confirmation — additional cable runs, structure height changes, or added protection devices — will be quoted and approved in writing before execution.

Payment terms

Standard terms are an advance with order confirmation, a payment on material dispatch, and the balance on commissioning. Milestones and percentages are specified in your quotation. Subsidy is credited to your bank account by the government after commissioning, not adjusted by us against the invoice unless specifically agreed in writing.

Installation and timelines

Installation timelines start from the date of material dispatch and site readiness. Delays caused by site access, structural changes, supplier lead times, DISCOM approvals, force majeure events or government restrictions are excluded from committed timelines. We keep you informed of the status at each stage.

Subsidy and approvals

We assist with subsidy and net-metering documentation and follow up diligently. Approval and disbursement are, however, the prerogative of the concerned government department, portal and DISCOM. Our responsibility extends to correct and timely filing and follow-up, and not to the decision of the authority. Eligibility criteria must be met by the applicant.

Warranty

Component warranties (modules, inverters, batteries) are provided by the respective manufacturers and we facilitate claims on your behalf. Workmanship warranty covers installation and structural defects for five years from commissioning when the system is maintained as recommended. Damage from unauthorised modification, neglect of maintenance, theft, lightning beyond rated protection or grid abnormalities is excluded.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the contract for the specific installation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of production, crop loss or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
