What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Advance amounts are refundable as per the schedule in our quotation until material is dispatched. Once material is dispatched and installation has begun, cancellation is settled on actual costs incurred. Full terms are in our refund policy.

Limited sharing occurs only where necessary: DISCOM and government portals for subsidy and net-metering applications, banks or NBFCs if you request financing, and component manufacturers for warranty claims. Each of these receives only what the specific process requires.

Data retention and security

Lead and project records are retained as long as necessary for service and warranty obligations, and for accounting compliance. Access is limited to staff who need it. We use HTTPS across the website, and our enquiry database is access-controlled.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Analytics identifiers are not linked to your enquiry records. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this website.
